Preparing for a Strike

It is Stellantis’ desire to reach an agreement with the UAW without a work stoppage. It is our belief that a strike doesn’t benefit anyone – it hurts our customers, our employees and the community.

However, we understand that a strike is a possibility, and strike preparation and contingency planning is part of our normal process in a contract negotiation year. We are taking steps to ensure that we are able to fulfill our commitments to our dealers, customers, and communities, while also ensuring that we have a business for our employees to return to.
